Advantages of elastic band training

1. The utility model has the advantages of small occupation area, lightweight, foldable and convenient to carry, and can be taken out at any time for rehabilitation training.

The elastic band may do the rehabilitation training

Flexion arm elastic band exercise: stroke sequelae of the body upright, feet open and shoulder width, feet on an elastic band. Hold the ends of the resistance band with your hands and place them by your side, then slowly raise your arms until they reach shoulder height. After that, slowly lower your arms, release the elastic, and return to your sides.

How to arrange elastic band training?

3. Frequency of rehabilitation exercise: during rehabilitation training, stroke patients were given 2-4 groups of each rehabilitation exercise, and the next group of rehabilitation exercises was given after a rest of 3-5 minutes. To ensure safety, the elastic band should be checked for breakage or cracking before exercise.

4. 5minutes stretching warm-up before each formal rehabilitation training, and 5 minutes finishing exercise after stroke training. For the elderly suffering from stroke, rehabilitation exercise should be monitored on the side to prevent accidents.
