8 figure resistance tube bands can be used to train most muscle groups throughout the body. 1. Use 8-figure resistance tube bands to exercise the large group of muscles
Front thigh muscles:
Use two sets of tension tubes, feet each step on the handle of one end of the tube.
Bend your elbows, and hands (palms back) and grip the other end of the tension tube handle, the length of the tension tube is the distance from the hands to the feet when squatting.

2. Use 8-figure resistance tube bands to exercise the trunk muscles
Back latissimus dorsi(Bilateral simultaneous exercises):
Hold the handle with both hands above the head, palms forward or down.
Elbows slightly flexed, force down the handle, the spring behind or in front of the neck to pull away and experience the feeling of contraction of the latissimus dorsi. Slowly restore.
Beginners should pull the spring to the back of the neck to prevent injury.
Other back muscles:
Step on one end of the tension tube (two pairs) with each foot, lower limbs straight, and upper body flexed forward.
Hold the upper handle of the tension tube with both hands or vice versa, bend the elbows under the abdomen, lift the body and extend the back until the upper body is straight. Return.
3. Use 8-figure resistance tube bands to exercise pectoral muscles
The tension tube is placed behind the body, each hand holds the handle of the tension tube.
Palm forward elbow flexion, and both arms lateral extension to side planks. Prone side pull can also train the pectoral muscles, and the effect is better.
4. Use 8-figure resistance tube bands to exercise shoulder muscles
Open both feet, one foot on the handle of one end of the tension tube.
The same side of the hand palm down slightly bent elbow to hold the other end of the handle, the other side of the hand crossed waist.
Keep your torso straight. Pull the spring sideways to flatten the action, and slowly restore.
5. Use 8-figure resistance tube bands to exercise abdominal muscles
