2. Use Yoga Tention Bands To Do Upper Body Exercises

a. Bicep Curls: Stand on the band with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handles with palms facing forward. Slowly curl the hands towards the shoulders, keeping the elbows close to the body. Repeat for 10-15 reps.
b. Shoulder Press: Step on the band with one foot, holding the handles at shoulder height. Extend the arms upward, fully extending the elbows. Lower the arms back down and repeat for 10-15 reps.
c. Tricep Extensions: Stand on the band with one foot, holding the handles with palms facing down. Extend the arms overhead, keeping the elbows close to the head. Slowly lower the hands behind the head, bending at the elbows. Extend the arms back up and repeat for 10-15 reps.

3. Use Yoga Tention Bands To Do Lower Body Exercises

a. Squats: Place the band around the thighs, just above the knees. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out. Lower into a squat position, keeping the knees aligned with the toes. Return to the starting position and repeat for 10-15 reps.
b. Glute Bridges: Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place the band just above the knees. Lift the hips off the ground, squeezing the glutes at the top. Lower the hips back down and repeat for 10-15 reps.
c. Lateral Band Walks: Place the band around the ankles. Stand with feet hip-width apart and slightly bend the knees. Take small steps to the side, maintaining tension in the band. Repeat for 10-15 degrees in each direction.

4. Use Yoga Tention Bands To Do Core Exercises

a. Standing Woodchop: Attach the band to a sturdy anchor point at chest height. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the band with both hands. Rotate the torso and pull the band diagonally across the body, ending with arms extended overhead. Return to the starting position and repeat for 10-15 reps on each side.
b. Russian Twists: Sit on the floor with knees bent and feet flat. Hold the band with both hands, arms extended in front of the chest. Lean back slightly and rotate the torso from side to side, keeping the core engaged. Repeat for 10-15 reps on each side.
c. Plank with Band Row: Start in a plank position with the band securely attached to a stable anchor point. Hold the handles with palms facing each other. Pull one elbow back, squeezing the shoulder blades together. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Perform 10-15 reps on each side.
