Today, I’d like to introduce you to an artifact called tNQFitness Strech band. The material of the stretch band is made of 100% natural latex. The properties of this material are soft, wear-resistant, good elasticity, high strength, good comprehensive performance, etc. . Therefore, it has good resilience. It is used in conjunction with yoga training, to get a better shape.

This kind of artifact is suitable for young people and women with small strength. It can effectively stretch and exercise the whole body muscles, stabilize posture and control the stretching distance, effectively improve the physical activity ability, and increase the fun of exercise, change the single way of Exercise OH ~ the key is portable, home, office, gym at any time to play!

So how does this artifact work? Don’t worry, I Will Teach You!

As different groups of people exercise different purposes and methods, the following young men, the elderly and women for the two categories, respectively, the Elastic Band of the General Training Program.

 

*Young men’s exercise program*:

Objective: to increase muscle mass and shape the body

Strength: can choose the more difficult elastic band;

Group number: start 2-3 groups at each site, gradually increase to 4-5 groups;

Interval: 1-2 minutes in each group

Frequency: 6-8 times per group, 3-4 times per week (the same part at least every other day, full recovery repractice)

Order: choose 2-3 parts every day, first practice large muscle groups and then practice small muscle groups, circular cross training, such as this upper limb exercises, next to the waist or lower limb exercises mainly;

Fitness: muscle should have a sense of soreness, any pain is reduced or stopped.

 

*Tips for using Elastic bands*:

1. Elastic band should be avoid touching with sharp objects or rough surfaces; avoid use if breakage is found

2. The Elastic band only creates resistance when it is in a tight position. The longer the length is stretched, the greater the resistance. That can be used to adjust the amount of drag.

The two ends of the Elastic band should be fixed properly so as not to cause damage to the user due to loosening and disconnection. The grip should be wrapped at least once to ensure a firm grip.

4. Each part of muscle just feel a little tired after exercise, acid bilge is the appropriate intensity.

5. Pay attention to exercise should keep straight chest and abdomen, do not hold your breath, control the body posture.

6. Before each practice, had better have 5-10 minutes of stretching action, let muscle warm-up, can prevent injury.
