How to use the elastic band?
1. For warm-up
Before the start of any training, you can use a low-poundage elastic band. It can wake up the muscles, activate the joints, and prevent injuries.
For example, back muscle training can first use elastic band rowing, so that muscle congestion. Then have a better performance in the formal training. And bodybuilding, bodybuilding competitions, and pre-race players’ warm-up will also use the elastic band. A few simple movements can make the muscles engorged and look fuller.
2. Used to capture muscle sensation

3. Various parts of the muscle strength training
The elastic band can train many parts of the body. This can strengthen the stability of muscle groups, coordination, and explosive power. Whether you are in the company, or at home, you can always take out the elastic band training. And a few simple elastic bands can be combined to produce a very wide variety of training movements. 4. Advanced training, retreat training
Elastic bands can be designed according to their own needs to train movements. In barbell movements, progressive overload training is to increase the bar piece before you can choose to add the elastic band. This will increase the resistance later in the stroke and achieve the effect of progressive training. If you can’t lift dumbbells, practice elastic bands first; if you can’t pull up on the bar; use elastic bands to assist. As the pounds of elastic bands are practiced heavier and heavier, the body quality is gradually stronger. You can then advance to equipment training or even free weights. Anyone with a physical injury, or an older person with a lack of muscle strength, can use a low-pound elastic band to implement step-down training.
