8. Glute bridges:
Lie on your back with the resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes, and slowly lowering them back down. Repeat for 10-15 reps.
9. Russian twists:
Sit on the ground with your legs extended and the resistance band wrapped around your feet. Hold the handles with your arms extended in front of you. Twist your torso to one side, bringing the handles towards the ground, then twist to the other. Repeat for 10-15 reps.
10. Standing rows:
Stand on the resistance band with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the handles with your palms facing each other and pull them towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Slowly return to the starting position. Repeat for 10-15 reps.
