2. Squats:

Stand on the resistance band with one foot and hold the handles with your palms facing down. Extend your arms overhead, keeping your elbows close to your head. Then slowly lower the handles behind your head. Repeat for 10-15 reps.

5. Shoulder press:
Stand on the resistance band with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the handles at shoulder height with your palms facing forward. Press the handles overhead until your arms are fully extended, and then slowly lower them back to the starting position. Repeat for 10-15 reps.

6. Lunges:
Place one foot on the resistance band and hold the handles at shoulder height. Step back with your other foot into a lunge position, keeping your front knee behind your toes. Push through your front heel to return to the starting position. Repeat on both sides for 10-15 reps.

7. Lat pulldowns:
Anchor the resistance band above you and hold the handles with your palms facing forward. Pull the handles down towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together. And then slowly return to the starting position. Repeat for 10-15 reps.

8. Glute bridges:
Lie on your back with the resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes, and slowly lowering them back down. Repeat for 10-15 reps.

9. Russian twists:
Sit on the ground with your legs extended and the resistance band wrapped around your feet. Hold the handles with your arms extended in front of you. Twist your torso to one side, bringing the handles towards the ground, then twist to the other. Repeat for 10-15 reps.

10. Standing rows:
Stand on the resistance band with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold the handles with your palms facing each other and pull them towards your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together. Slowly return to the starting position. Repeat for 10-15 reps.
